Talk to the people who build them
Every grill leaves our workshop stamped by the person who welded it. Ask about sizing, steel or shipping and the answer comes from someone who has actually cooked on one.
A person answers. Not a ticket queue.
Three of us read this inbox, and all three have built grills with their own hands. That means you get a straight answer about sizing, freight or a part that broke in 2021, usually inside a business day.
Sizing & Sales
Not sure whether the Facón or the Gran Campero fits your patio? Send us the space you have and how many people you usually cook for, and we will tell you which one to buy, including when the answer is the cheaper one.
[email protected]Owner Support
Grates, cranks, wheels and hardware for every model we have ever shipped, including the ones we stopped making. Have your serial number handy; it is stamped on the inside of the left leg.
[email protected]Dealers
We work with a small number of retailers per region so nobody undercuts anybody. Tell us where you are and what you already carry.
[email protected]Send it in writing
The more specific you are, the better the answer. Measurements, photos of the space and your city all help.
Sell the grills people keep for life
We appoint a limited number of retailers per region, so the dealer down the road is never undercutting your margin. You get territory protection, wholesale terms and the same spare parts guarantee we give owners.
Asked before you ask
Still stuck? Write to us, a person answers.Yes, the United States, most of Europe and the rest of Latin America. Orders over $1,500 ship free within the US. Everywhere else we quote freight per destination, because a 90 kg grill is not a flat rate.
We build to order, so it leaves the workshop 3–5 business days after you buy. From there it is roughly 10–15 days to the US and 15–25 to Europe. You get a tracking number and photos of your actual grill before it ships.
The frame, the welds and the crank mechanism, for as long as you own the grill. It does not cover rust on the óxido finish; that patina is the finish, not a defect. Grates are consumable and we sell replacements at cost.
Outdoors only, and never under a low roof. These are open-fire grills burning real wood and charcoal, they need overhead clearance and airflow. If your only space is a covered balcony, write to us before buying and we will tell you honestly whether it will work.
Write to support with your serial number and a photo. We keep tooling for every model we have made since 2018, including discontinued ones, and we will machine the part if it is not on the shelf.
What happens next
No auto-reply, no ticket number. Here is the actual sequence, and roughly how long each part takes.
Someone reads it
Within one business day, from Buenos Aires. If your question is about sizing, expect a question back about your space before any price.
We tell you what fits
Including when the honest answer is the cheaper grill, or that an open-fire asador is wrong for your covered balcony.
Freight, quoted properly
A 90 kg grill is not a flat rate. We quote your destination and you see the number before you commit to anything.
Your grill gets built
Three to five days in the workshop. You get photographs of the actual unit, stamped by the person who welded it, before it ships.
